We're looking for someone with 1-3 years of construction experience who's willing to work hard, learn fast, and wants to grow with us. Most of our work is smaller new construction projects including saunas, garages, shops, additions, and smaller homes. We stay busy with practical, production-style work and aren't focused on large custom home builds.

We're also building BW Sauna, a custom sauna company shipping saunas nationwide. When weather is bad enough to shut down field work, whether that's rain, snow, high winds, or extreme cold, you'll work in the shop helping build custom saunas.
